| When my husband and I began our home search this past fall I felt a bit of trepidation: we would be first time home buyers, if and when we found a house, but were not new to the process. We had started our search last winter and went through two different realtors, several different lenders and learned many important, but difficult lessons before throwing our hands up in defeat.
But the desire to own our own home overcame our frustrations and several months later we called our bank, Wells Fargo for the name of a good Home Mortgage Consultant. Without hesitation, Kurt McCloud was the name given. And it was Kurt who suggested I call Cindy. He told me that they often work closely together, she’s a great agent, and that he was sure that I would like her.
He could not have been more correct!
Between the two of them the entire process went beautifully. Cindy is an absolute joy to work with: I really felt as though I was looking at homes with a very rational, informed and supportive friend, not an agent out to make a sale. And with Kurt all of the sometimes scary paper work was a breeze (and he saved us hundreds of dollars!). It was so nice to know that we had two exceptional professionals working for us to make everything from getting a loan to the closing as smooth as possible.
